Shaneel has been with the Reddy Group since 2010 and is based in Fiji, where he leads finance and corporate affairs for Tanoa Hotels and other subsidiaries. He manages the properties portfolio in Fiji and serves as Director and Company Secretary for Leonidas Pte Limited, an integrated hotel development company.  Additionally, Shaneel is a Trustee of The Reddy Foundation Fiji and Lautoka Primary School. Shaneel graduated from the University of the South Pacific, Fiji, in 2002. He is a CPA Australia, a Chartered Accountant, and has been a mentor with the Fiji Institute of Accountants since 2006. He is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (ACID).

Shaneel’s leadership and financial expertise play a crucial role in advancing the Reddy Foundation’s mission, ensuring effective management and strategic growth as we continue to support and empower communities across the Pacific.

Michael is a principal at MCA NZ Limited, a firm he founded in 1998, where he provides strategic investment policy advice to charities, community trusts, Iwi, and other institutions to support their objectives. Michael also co-founded the SuperLife superannuation and KiwiSaver schemes, which are now part of Smartshares and the NZX Group.  In addition to his role at MCA, Michael serves as a director of Phytomed Medicinal Herbs Limited, Chair of the Tokelau International Trust Fund, and an independent member of the Gore District Council’s Audit & Risk Committee.

Kalpana serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Chow Hill Architects Limited, a dynamic design firm with studios in Auckland, Hamilton, and Christchurch. She also contributes her expertise as a board member of the Newmarket Business Association. Before joining Chow Hill Architects, Kalpana was involved in the diverse portfolio of Reddy Group. Her career also includes roles at Saatchi & Saatchi in Dubai and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Auckland.

Kalpana graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Accounting and Japanese. Her leadership and experience enrich our mission to foster positive change in communities across New Zealand, Fiji, and the South Pacific.

Kamini is a Director at Reddy Group, and a key lead to the finance, corporate affairs, and strategy functions. With a wealth of global experience, she has held senior finance roles at Hilton Worldwide (Asia), Fonterra, and Ernst & Young across New York, London, and Auckland. Kamini is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Institute of Directors. She contributes her expertise to several boards, including Bank of Baroda (New Zealand) Ltd and Jetwing Symphony PLC in Sri Lanka.

A graduate of the Owner-President Management (OPM) program at Harvard Business School, Kamini also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts, double majoring in Accounting and Japanese from the University of Auckland. Her extensive experience and strategic insight support our commitment to empowering communities across New Zealand, Fiji, and the South Pacific.

Rohit is the Managing Director of Reddy Group, where he has played a pivotal role in expanding, diversifying, and internationalising the group's strategic investments. With expertise in strategy, investment, private equity, capital markets, finance, and hotel development, Rohit brings a wealth of knowledge to our board. He holds an Owner-President Management (OPM) degree from Harvard Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Auckland. Rohit’s career includes notable positions with the leading law firm Simpson Grierson and the global insurer American International Group (AIG).

John is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with a robust background in finance and insurance. As a Chartered Member of the New Zealand Institute of Directors, he brings extensive governance experience from both not-for-profit and commercial boards. John is currently a director at several organizations, including Acrow Group, Insurance Holdings (Pacific), Pacific Catastrophe Risk Insurance Ltd, International Cargo Systems Ltd, Mackley Carriers 2008 Ltd, Environmental Health Management Services Ltd, Silverfin Capital Ltd, and Reclaim Ltd.
